On OffertenGroup you see requests that match your categories, your service area and your languages. You only buy the contacts that interest you, and each request goes to at most four companies.

How it works for companies
Register
You register your company with its UID; we take the name, legal form and address from the UID register. Companies being founded without a UID are checked manually. Then you choose your categories and service area.
Activation
We check your details and activate your company. From then on you can buy requests.
See matching requests
You see requests with all key details and the price, but without contact details. We notify you of new requests by email straight away or once a day.
Buy
You buy with your credit or directly with TWINT, Apple Pay or card. The contact details are visible immediately.
Send a quote
You get in touch and send your quote through the platform. You can follow the status of every job in your overview.
Prices
Every request has its own price. It depends on the category, scope and urgency of the job and is shown before you buy.

Rebate when all places are sold
If all places of a request are sold, the price drops to the final price for every buyer. Earlier buyers receive the difference as credit; the last place costs the final price straight away. There is only a rebate if the customer wants more than 3 quotes: the final price is then currently 3 ÷ number of places times the starting price, i.e. 75 % with 4 places.
Promotion for open requests
If a request has not sold out after 48 hours, the price of the free places drops once by 50 %, for example from CHF 14.50 to CHF 7.25. Matching companies are notified by email.

Credit
With credit you buy a request with a single tap. Credit is a prepayment for requests on OffertenGroup.

- Balance of at most CHF 3'000.00
- No interest, not transferable
Refunds and cancellation
- Credit
- On request we refund unused credit to the original payment method, currently within 180 days of the payment, TWINT included. After that we transfer the amount to an account in your company’s name.
- Failed direct purchase
- If a paid request can no longer be bought, for example because it has sold out in the meantime, the full amount becomes credit. You keep it or trigger the refund to the payment method yourself.
- Cancellation
- A purchase is binding once you confirm it, because the contact details are visible immediately. It therefore cannot be cancelled; if something is wrong with the request, the complaint procedure applies.
- Complaints
- If something is wrong with a request you bought, such as incorrect contact details or a made-up job, file a complaint within 7 days. If we accept it, you get the amount you paid back as credit.
Your company on OffertenGroup
Register your company with its UID or as a company being founded. Once we have checked it, we activate your account and you see matching requests from your region.
